Had been to KFC, Indirapuram a few days back. I dint realize at first that the people manning the counters were actually deaf and dumb. The better part was that they were as efficient as the 'normally abled'.
Hats off to KFC for coming up with such an initiative. And it gives us another reason to go Non Vegetarian :P

indeed a very good initiative. i first heard about this from a student of mine in Hyderabad. i am not sure if any outlets in Blore are manned by them as yet.
