Is it the beginning of the Nosedive?

I have worked in 3 different organisation now and my career curve is as shown above.

In Company 1, my impression skyrocketed in initial 9-11 months and then plumetted. Similar thing happened in Company 2, where it went to negative in the 2nd year, but i hung on and vindicted myself in the last 8 months.
Now m in Company 3. Completed a month here today. Time sometimes just flies. My impression is on an upward streak, my Team Lead is pretty impressed, but as if one setback was not enuf, in another shocker, my team lead is leavin the company too. WoW!!

Is it the beginning of another Nosedive?? May be, may be not. But i pray i will face it with courage and confidence and come out satisfied and wiser. Amen.
