I have been asked to work in odd hours for some days (2PM to 11 PM). I have always been reluctant to work in off hours. Being a big fan of 10 to 7 work schedule, this seemed to a be pretty difficult thing to adjust too. In addition i felt it would lead to even later sleep timings and further waking up late.
But as i realise in just a few days, working in odd hours is not bad at all. Infact for starters its very very peaceful. With hardly anyone to ask doubts or questions, working in odd hours lets u concentrate intensely on the job at hand.
In case u have time on your hands, you can also watch movies and youtube ;) without having to care about someone staring behind your back :)
And then you get free cab facility..wht aaram it is not to drive to ofc..ahaa..
In all, i m loving it.
